The present invention relates to a tilt-adjustable protective case for a stop cock, the protective case comprising: a main body that is open at the top and bottom thereof, the upper portion of which has an upwardly convex hemispherical shape; a length adjusting part having a pipe structure and assembled to the open bottom side of the main body; and a tilt adjusting part that is open at the top and bottom thereof, the lower inner surface of which has an upwardly convex hemispherical shape and a lid being assembled to the upper portion of the tilt adjusting part, wherein the length adjusting part is installed to surround the stop cock, the main body is coupled to the length adjusting part, the tilt adjusting part and the lid are sequentially assembled to the upper portion of the main body, and the tilt adjusting part is secured to the main body by a fixing means, whereby it is possible to protect the stop cock and to easily match the tilt of the lid with the slope of the ground by adjusting the position of the tilt adjusting part relative to the main body.
