The invention relates to a device (300) for opening or closing a leaf (2) relative to a frame (3) of a door (1) or window, which comprises: a first assembly (100) comprising a hollow cam (104), said first assembly (100) being intended for being secured either to the frame (3) or to the leaf (2); a second assembly (200) intended for being secured either to the leaf (2) or to the frame (3), the second assembly (200) comprising: a rotary motor (210); a screw (218) connected to said motor (210); a nut (224) inserted onto the screw (218); and a first roller (216) rigidly connected to said nut and inserted into said hollow cam (104), said rotary motor (210) being arranged to rotate said screw (218) on itself, and thus to move said nut according to a translation movement (224), so that said roller (216) slides in said hollow cam (104), in order to move the leaf (2) at an angle relative to the frame (3).
