CURTAIN WALL FRAME
The present invention relates to a curtain wall frame with improved thermal insulation performance and increased convenience in assembly and construction. The curtain wall frame according to the present invention comprises: a main frame having a square pillar shape; an insulation frame which is coupled to the front surface of the main frame and protrudes to a front side; and a frame connection unit which comprises a first connection unit formed on the front surface of the main frame and a second connection unit which is formed on the rear surface of the insulation frame so as to detachably couple the insulation frame to the main frame, and is connected to the first connection unit, wherein the first connection unit comprises: a first support member having an insertion groove which is formed on the front surface of the main frame so as to be inserted rearwardly to a predetermined depth, wherein the first support member protrudes by a predetermined length towards the edges opposite to the right and left edges of the insertion groove; and a second support member which is spaced apart from the center bottom of the insertion groove in the left and right directions by a predetermined distance, extends in the longitudinal direction of the main frame, and protrudes towards the rear surface of the insulation frame coupled to the main frame so as to be parallel with each other. The second connection unit comprises: a first extension member which extends rearwards so as to be supported on the outer surface of the second support member from the rear surface of the insulation frame; and a second extension member which extends from the outer surface of the first extension member to the right and left directions and enters a space between the bottom of the insertion groove and the first support member.
La présente invention concerne un cadre de mur-rideau ayant une meilleure performance d'isolation thermique et une plus grande commodité de construction et d'assemblage. Le cadre de mur-rideau selon la présente invention comprend : un cadre principal ayant une forme de pilier carrée ; un cadre d'isolation qui est accouplé à la surface avant du cadre principal et fait saillie vers un côté avant ; et une unité de raccordement de cadre qui comprend une première unité de raccordement formée sur la surface avant du cadre principal et une seconde unité de raccordement qui est formée sur la surface arrière du cadre d'isolation, de façon à accoupler de manière amovible le cadre d'isolation au cadre principal, et est reliée à la première unité de raccordement, la première unité de raccordement comprenant : un premier élément de support ayant une rainure d'insertion qui est formée sur la surface avant du cadre principal de façon à être insérée vers l'arrière à une profondeur prédéterminée, le premier élément de support faisant saillie d'une longueur prédéterminée vers les bords opposés aux bords droit et gauche de la rainure d'insertion ; et un second élément de support qui est espacé du fond central de la rainure d'insertion dans les directions gauche et droite d'une distance prédéterminée, s'étend dans la direction longitudinale du cadre principal, et fait saillie vers la surface arrière du cadre d'isolation accouplé au cadre principal de façon à être mutuellement parallèles. La seconde unité de raccordement comprend : un premier élément d'extension qui s'étend vers l'arrière de façon à être porté sur la surface externe du second élément de support depuis la surface arrière du cadre d'isolation ; et un second élément d'extension qui s'étend depuis la surface externe du premier élément d'extension vers les directions droite et gauche et entre dans un espace entre le fond de la rainure d'insertion et le premier élément de support.
본 발명은 단열성능이 향상되고, 조립 및 시공 편의성이 증대된 커튼월 프레임에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 커튼월 프레임은 사각기둥 형상의 메인프레임과; 상기 메인프레임의 전면에 결합되며, 전방으로 돌출되는 단열프레임과; 상기 메인프레임의 전면에 형성되어 있는 제1 결합부와, 상기 단열프레임을 상기 메인프레임에 착탈 가능하게 결합하도록 상기 단열프레임의 후면에 형성되어 상기 제1 결합부에 체결되는 제2 결합부를 포함하는 프레임체결부;를 구비하며, 상기 제1 결합부는 상기 메인프레임의 전면에 후방으로 소정깊이 인입된 인입홈이 형성되고, 상기 인입홈의 좌우 양측 가장자리로부터 각각 맞은편 가장자리를 향해 소정길이 돌출된 제1 지지부재와, 상기 인입홈의 중앙 바닥면으로부터 좌우 방향으로 소정간격 이격되며 상기 메인프레임의 길이방향을 따라 연장되고, 상기 메인프레임에 결합되는 단열프레임의 후면을 향해 나란하게 돌출된 제2 지지부재를 포함하고, 상기 제2 결합부는 상기 단열프레임의 후면으로부터 상기 제2 지지부재의 외측면에 지지되도록 후방으로 연장되는 제1 연장부재와, 상기 제1 연장부재의 외측면으로부터 각각 좌우방향을 향해 연장되어 상기 인입홈의 바닥면과 상기 제1 지지부재의 사이 공간으로 진입하는 제2 연장부재를 구비한다.

The present invention relates to a curtain wall frame with improved thermal insulation performance and increased convenience in assembly and construction.
