APERFEIÇOAMENTO EM PERFIL PARA CONSTRUÇÃO DE PAREDES E PAINÉIS EM TERMOPLÁSTICO.
An improvement to a profile for building walls and panels made of thermoplastics is designed as a profile, preferably made of a thermoplastic material, which is fitted to other profiles of a set of profiles to form walls, panels, etc. The profile makes it possible to build a strong wall, together with the other profiles of the set of profiles, dispensing with the use of other materials, in that the parts are placed the ones upon the others, horizontally, with steel columns and beams as the structural part of a roof of even of another floor, thus making construction at a lower cost possible, without compromising strength and safety, and further offering the advantages of thermal and acoustic insulation and weather resistance, the structural design comprising a main structure that imparts greater structural rigidity to the set of profiles by compensating the forces applied between the walls of the profile.
L'invention concerne une amélioration apportée à un profilé pour la construction de parois et de panneaux en thermoplastique, présentant une forme structurale de profilé fabriqué de préférence en matériau thermoplastique, qui s'emboîte dans d'autres profilés d'un ensemble, pour former des parois, des panneaux, etc. Ce profilé permet la construction, conjointement avec les autres profilés de l'ensemble, d'une paroi résistante, supprimant la nécessité d'utiliser d'autres matériaux, par disposition d'une pièce sur l'autre, à l'horizontale, en utilisant des colonnes et des poutres en acier comme partie structurale d'une couverture, voire d'un plancher voisin, permettant ainsi de réaliser la construction à un coût inférieur sans compromettre la résistance ni la sécurité, et offrant en outre avantageusement une isolation thermique et acoustique et une résistance aux intempéries, sa configuration structurale comprenant une structure principale conférant une plus grande rigidité structurale audit ensemble, grâce à la compensation des forces entre les parois dudit profilé.
Aperfeiçoamento em perfil para construção de paredes e painéis em termoplástico, apresenta uma forma construtiva de perfil fabricado preferívelmente em material termoplástico, que se encaixa em outros perfis de um conjunto, para formar paredes, painéis e etc. Esse perfil proporcionará a construção, juntamente com os demais perfis do conjunto, de uma parede resistente dispensando uso de outros materiais, dispondo uma peça sobre a outra, na horizontal, usando colunas e vigas em aço como parte estrutural de uma cobertura ou até de um próximo piso, viabilizando assim, a construção com um custo mais baixo, sem comprometer a resistência e a segurança e ainda, oferecendo como vantagem o isolamento térmico e acústico, resistência às intempéries, e sendo que sua configuração construtiva compreende uma estrutura principal que confere maior rigidez estrutural do referido conjunto, por meio da compensação de forças entre as paredes do referido perfil.
