The present invention belongs to the fields of material engineering and mechanical engineering, and describes a laminated composite material (1) produced from Raphia Hookeri, a micronized composite material (2) produced from Raphia Hookeri, a structural panel (3) produced with the laminated composite material (1) and a structural panel (3) produced from the micronized composite material (2). The present invention provides a solution in the field of structural panels, having the advantages of reduced density, thermal insulation, acoustic insulation and fire-proofing, besides a solution for using waste products from Raphia Hookeri.
La présente invention concerne les domaines de l'ingénierie des matériaux et de l'ingénierie mécanique, et concerne un matériau composite stratifié (1) obtenu à partir de Raphia hookeri, un matériau composite micronisé (2) obtenu à partir de Raphia hookeri, un panneau structural (3) obtenu à partir du matériau composite stratifié (1), et un panneau structural (3) obtenu à partir du matériau composite micronisé (2). La présente invention offre une solution dans le domaine des panneaux structuraux, cette solution se caractérisant avantageusement, entre autres, par une densité réduite, une isolation thermique, une isolation acoustique et une ininflammabilité, outre le fait d'offrir une solution pour l'utilisation de résidus de Raphia hookeri.

A presente invenção apresenta uma solução no ramo de painéis estruturais, apresentando uma solução dotada de vantagens tais como: densidade reduzid, isolante térmico, isolante acústico, retardante de chamas, além de prover uma solução no uso de resíduos de Raphia Hookeri.
