A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
A temporary access platform for deployment within a structure having vertical or steeply inclined internal walls is provided. The platform enables work to be carried out with such structures wherein otherwise the worker would not have an adequate footing. The temporary access platform comprises a retention assembly having abutment means mounted on an actuator, whereby the actuator is operable to urge the abutment means into contact with the internal walls of the structure so as to retain the platform in position within the structure. The retention assembly supports one or more platform plates which combine to form a load supporting floor from which a worker can operate.
L'invention concerne une plate-forme d'accès temporaire pour déploiement dans une structure ayant des parois internes fortement inclinées ou verticales. La plate-forme permet de réaliser un travail avec de telles structures, avec lesquelles un ouvrier n'aurait autrement pas une position adéquate. La plate-forme d'accès temporaire comprend un ensemble de rétention ayant un moyen de butée monté sur un actionneur, moyennant quoi l'actionneur peut être actionné pour solliciter le moyen de butée en contact avec les parois internes de la structure, de manière à retenir la plate-forme en position dans la structure. L'ensemble de rétention supporte une ou plusieurs plaques de plate-forme qui se combinent pour former un plancher de support de charge sur lequel un ouvrier peut travailler.
