CRUSHING BLADE ARRANGEMENT OF A CRUSHING DRUM
The invention relates to a crushing blade arrangement of a crushing drum, in which on the outer surface of the crushing drum are arranged a plurality of crushing blades. The arrangement includes, fixedly attached on the outer surface of the drum, a blade holder (1) with a receiving space (3) for an interchangeable blade piece (11). The blade piece (11) is composed of a horizontal blade portion (13) and a vertical shaft portion (12), which shaft portion (12) is adapted to be placed into the receiving space (3) of the blade holder and to be locked into it by means of a separate locking element. The receiving space (3) is shaped as an opening, which has on at least one side a locking protrusion (5) extending inwards to the opening. The shaft portion (12) of the blade piece (11) is shaped as substantially correspond¬ ing to the opening of the blade holder and equipped with a locking channel (15) corresponding to said at least one locking protrusion (5) and extending towards the interior space of the shaft, which locking protrusion (5) and locking channel (15) together form a form locking.
L'invention concerne un agencement de lame de broyage d'un tambour de broyage, selon lequel une pluralité de lames de broyage sont disposées sur la surface externe du tambour de broyage. L'agencement comporte, fixé à demeure sur la surface externe du tambour, un porte-lame (1) pourvu d'un espace de réception (3) destiné à un élément de lame interchangeable (11). L'élément de lame (11) comporte une partie de lame horizontale (13) et une partie d'arbre verticale (12), laquelle partie d'arbre (12) est conçue pour être placée dans l'espace de réception (3) du porte-lame et être verrouillée dans ce dernier au moyen d'un élément de verrouillage distinct. L'espace de réception (3) a la forme d'une ouverture qui comporte, sur au moins un côté, une saillie de verrouillage (5) s'étendant vers l'intérieur vers l'ouverture. La partie d'arbre (12) de l'élément de lame (11) est formée de manière sensiblement correspondante à l'ouverture du porte-lame et comprend un circuit de verrouillage (15) correspondant à ladite saillie de verrouillage (5) et s'étendant vers l'espace intérieur de l'arbre, ladite saillie de verrouillage (5) et ledit canal de verrouillage (15) formant ensemble un verrouillage de forme.
