The invention relates to a wall segment (1) comprising at least two elongated supporting elements (5a-c, 4a-b, 4c 1-2). The elongated supporting elements are in their interiors provided with cavities (6a-d). The cavities in the at least two elongated supporting elements are connected to each other such that they form at least one contiguous cavity. A first opening (3) connects the cavity to a first side of the wall segment, and a second opening (3) connects the cavity to a second side of the wall segment. Supporting elements of this kind give the wall segment rigidity, but also constitutes a tubing system through which air may be pumped. The at least two supporting elements (5a-c, 4a-b, 4c 1 -2) together with only one sealing liner form a wall segment that, with the exception of the contiguous cavity, is air tight.
