BEFESTIGUNGSELEMENT ZUM BEFESTIGEN EINER ISOLIERUNG AN EINER WAND
Mit einem Befestigungselement (1) zum Befestigen eines schichtförmigen Bauteiles, insbesondere einer Isolierung, an einem Setzgegenstand, insbesondere an einer Wand oder Decke eines Gebäudes, mit einem Setzelement (8), insbesondere einem Nagel (10) oder einer Schraube, das Befestigungselement (1) umfassend: einen Schaft (12), eine Öffnung (13) zur Aufnahme des Setzelementes (8), einen Anschlag (23) zur formschlüssigen Befestigung des Setzelementes (8), ein Abschlusselement (16) zur Auflage auf eine Außenseite (6) des schichtförmigen Bauteiles (4), wobei der Schaft (12) und das Abschlusselement (16) einteilig ausgebildet sind, soll eine Isolierung als ein schichtförmiges Bauteil zuverlässig auch bei Rissen in dem Befestigungselement (1) mit einem geringen Arbeitsaufwand an der Wand oder Decke als Setzgegenstand befestigt werden können. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass der Schaft (12) wenigstens zwei Segmente (15) umfasst und zwischen den wenigstens zwei Segmenten (15) je eine Zwischenöffnung (18) ausgebildet ist.
By means of a fastening element (1) for fastening a layer-type component, in particular an insulation, to a setting object, in particular to a wall or ceiling of a building, having a setting element (8), in particular a nail (10) or a screw, the fastening element (1) comprising: a shaft (12), an opening (13) for receiving the setting element (8), a stop (23) for positively fastening the setting element (8), and a terminating element (16) for bearing on an outer side (6) of the layer-type component (4), wherein the shaft (12) and the terminating element (16) are formed in one piece, it is intended for an insulation as a layer-type component to be able to be fastened to the wall or ceiling as setting object with little work effort even if cracking should occur in the fastening element (1). This object is achieved in that the shaft (12) comprises at least two segments (15) and an intermediate opening (18) is respectively formed between the at least two segments (15).
L'invention concerne un élément de fixation (1) servant à fixer un composant en forme de couche, en particulier un isolant, sur un objet de pose, en particulier sur une paroi ou un plafond d'un bâtiment, au moyen d'un élément de pose (8), en particulier d'un clou (10) ou d'une vis. L'élément de fixation (1) comprend une tige (12), une ouverture (13) logeant l'élément de pose (8), une butée (23) permettant la fixation de l'élément de pose (8) par complémentarité de forme, un élément de fermeture (16) prenant appui sur une face extérieure (6) du composant en forme de couche (4), la tige (12) et l'élément de fermeture (16) étant réalisés d'un seul tenant. L'invention vise à ce qu'un isolant sous la forme d'un composant en forme de couche puisse être fixé sans grande complexité sur le mur ou le plafond en tant qu'objet de pose de manière fiable, même en cas de fissures dans l'élément de fixation (1). Cet objectif est atteint en ce que la tige (12) présente au moins deux segments (15) et en ce qu'une ouverture intermédiaire (18) est ménagée respectivement en les deux segments (15) ou plus.
