The invention relates to a building (1), comprising: a glazing (21) arranged along a facade of the building; – a sunshade (2) comprising at least a shading wall (25) positioned facing the glazing (21) and mobile in relation to the glazing in such a way as to modulate the solar radiation reaching the said glazing. The sunshade comprises a thermal actuator (3) positioned in such a way as to receive the said solar radiation and including: – a thermomechanical transducer including at least one thermostatic bimetal strip that deforms as a function of the solar radiation received by the thermal actuator; and – a drive member (31) driving the said shading wall, this drive member being driven by the said thermomechanical transducer.
I L'invention concerne un bâtiment (1 ), comprenant : -un vitrage (21 ) disposé sur une façade du bâtiment; -un brise-soleil (2) comportant au moins une paroi d'obscurcissement (25) positionné en vis-à-vis du vitrage (21 ) et mobile par rapport au vitrage de façon à moduler le rayonnement solaire atteignant ledit vitrage. Le brise-soleil comprend un actionneur thermique (3) positionné pour recevoir ledit rayonnement solaire, et incluant : -un transducteur thermomécanique incluant au moins un bilame thermostatique déformé en fonction du rayonnement solaire reçu par l'actionneur thermique; et -un organe d'entraînement (31 ) de ladite paroi d'obscurcissement, cet organe d'entraînement étant entraîné par ledit transducteur thermomécanique.
