METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR RESCUING PLAYABILITY OF SYNTHETIC TURF
A system and method of rescuing playability of synthetic turf are disclosed. The system and method include kicking out infield material, mixing existing infield material with fresh infield material, injecting the mixed infield material, and kicking the bent and depressed turf fibers back to an upright position. The system and method also include performing the injecting pivoting the injectors in multiple directions. The system and method further include mixing water absorbent polymer particles with the mixed infield material and injecting into the turf. The system and method further include applying liquid materials to the fibers and material of the synthetic turf. The system and method further include injecting disinfectants into the turf.
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour conserver la jouabilité de gazon synthétique. Le système et le procédé consistent à éjecter un matériau de champ intérieur, mélanger un matériau de champ intérieur existant avec un matériau de champ intérieur frais, injecter le matériau de champ intérieur mélangé, et éjecter les fibres de gazon courbées et enfoncées vers une position verticale. Le système et le procédé consistent également à réaliser l'injection par pivotement des injecteurs dans multiples directions. Le système et le procédé consistent en outre à mélanger des particules polymères d'absorption d'eau avec le matériau de champ intérieur mélangé, et à les injecter dans le gazon. Le système et le procédé consistent en outre à appliquer des matières liquides sur les fibres et le matériau du gazon synthétique.
