METHOD FOR POROSIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS USING SILOXANES AND POROSIFIED BUILDING MATERIALS
Method for producing a porous, cementitious building component, including at least the steps: mixing a binder with water and an active porosification agent, forming and drying the mixture, characterised in that the active porosification agent is a siloxane, wherein a reduction of the gross weight of the cementitious building component of at least 10 wt.% is achieved solely through the active porosification of the siloxane.
L'invention concerne un pocédé de production d'un élément de construction cimentaire poreux, comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes : le mélange d'un liant avec de l'eau et un agent de porosification active, la formation et le séchage du mélange, caractérisé en ce que l'agent de porosification active est un siloxane. Une réduction du poids brut de l'élément de construction cimenté d'au moins 10 % en poids est réalisée exclusivement grâce à la porosification active du siloxane.
