A unit for storing, inside a room (2), a device for covering or exposing a surface using a cover element (6) that is moved by means of a deployment/storage system (8), said unit comprising: a telescopic part that can move between a retracted position and an extended position; a motor-driven system for moving the telescopic part vertically between the retracted position and the extended position; a mechanism for automatically lifting the telescopic part, permanently exerting a lifting force on said part so as to move same between the retracted position and the extended position; and a controlled system for controlling the lifting mechanism, comprising at least one motor-driven winch rotates a drum for winding at least one strap (66).
Une installation de rangement à l'intérieur d'une chambre (2), d'un dispositif pour recouvrir et découvrir une surface à l'aide d'un élément de couverture (6) déplacé à l'aide d'un système de déploiement/ rangement (8), l'installation comportant : - un équipage télescopique déplaçable entre une position escamotée et une position sortie; - un système motorisé de déplacement vertical de l'équipage télescopique entre sa position escamotée et sa position sortie; - un mécanisme de soulèvement automatique de l'équipage télescopique exerçant en permanence sur l'équipage télescopique un effort de levage pour assurer son déplacement entre sa position escamotée et sa position sortie; - un système commandé de contrôle du mécanisme de soulèvement, comportant au moins un treuil motorisé entraînant en rotation un tambour assurant l'enroulement d'au moins une élingue (66).
