A method for preparing a heat insulating material, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a step for forming a mixed composition in which polystyrene resin and a carbon nanomaterial are mixed; a primary foaming step for forming foam by means of dissolving a pentane gas and a carbon dioxide gas, which are auxiliary foaming agents, into the mixed composition; and a step for secondarily foaming the foam in the steam.
Un procédé de préparation d'un matériau d'isolation thermique, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, comprend : une étape pour former une composition mixte dans laquelle une résine de polystyrène et un nanomatériau de carbone sont mélangés ; une étape de moussage primaire pour former une mousse par dissolution de pentane gazeux et de dioxyde de carbone gazeux, qui sont des agents moussants auxiliaires, dans la composition mixte ; et une étape de moussage secondaire de la mousse dans la vapeur.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 단열재의 제조 방법은, 폴리스티렌 수지와 탄소 나노 물질을 혼합한 혼합 조성물을 형성하는 단계; 상기 혼합 조성물에 보조 발포제인 펜탄 가스 및 이산화탄소 가스를 용해하여 발포체를 형성하는, 제1 발포하는 단계; 및 상기 발포체를 증기에서 제2 발포하는 단계를 포함한다.
