Provided is an eccentric assembly (100) controlled by a rotational speed thereof. The eccentric assembly (100) includes: a housing (110) driven and rotated by a motor; an eccentric shaft (120) installed in the housing to have a changeable angular position by rotating relative to the housing; a locking device (130) adopted to lock the eccentric shaft by engaging with one side of the eccentric shaft and to unlock the eccentric shaft when a rotational speed of the housing is greater than a locking critical speed; a clamping device (140) adopted to clamp an opposite side of the one side of the eccentric shaft that engages with the locking device and to release clamping to the eccentric when a rotational speed of the housing is greater than a clamping critical speed; and a stopper (112) installed in the housing so as to limit a rotation angle of the eccentric shaft generated when locking and clamping to the eccentric shaft are released.
L'invention concerne un ensemble excentrique (100) commandé par une vitesse de rotation de ce dernier. L'ensemble excentrique (100) comprend : un boîtier (110) entraîné et tourné par un moteur ; un arbre excentrique (120) installé dans le boîtier pour avoir une position angulaire variable par rotation par rapport au boîtier ; un dispositif de verrouillage (130) adapté pour verrouiller l'arbre excentrique par prise avec un premier côté de l'arbre excentrique et déverrouiller l'arbre excentrique lorsqu'une vitesse de rotation du boîtier est supérieure à une vitesse critique de verrouillage ; un dispositif de serrage (140) adapté pour serrer un côté opposé au premier côté de l'arbre excentrique qui est en prise avec le dispositif de verrouillage, et libérer le serrage à l'excentrique lorsqu'une vitesse de rotation du boîtier est supérieure à une vitesse critique de serrage ; et une butée (112) installée dans le boîtier de façon à limiter un angle de rotation de l'arbre excentrique généré lorsque le verrouillage et le serrage sur l'arbre excentrique sont libérés.
