METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ULTRA-HIGH STRENGTH STEEL PIPE SUPPORT USING BORON STEEL, AND SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an ultra-high strength steel pipe support using a boron steel, and a support assembly, and according to one embodiment of the present invention, a support provided for preventing the collapse of bedrock, an inclined plane, and the like is molded and manufactured as a steel pipe by a steel sheet to which boron is added, thereby being able to withstand a great load and being capable of remarkably lowering the possibility of damage. In addition, since the support is formed in a hollow structure, manufacturing and production costs can be reduced because of a reduction in weight, and there is an effect of enabling the support to be prevented from being deviated toward the outside from the inside of a perforation formed in bedrock or on an inclined plane, and the like. Moreover, since mortar is injected into the perforation through the support, workability can be improved.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un support de tuyau en acier à résistance ultra-élevée à l'aide d'acier au bore, et un ensemble de support; selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un support pour prévenir l'affaissement de substrat rocheux , un plan incliné et analogue, est moulé et fabriqué sous forme d'un tube d'acier avec une feuille d'acier à laquelle on ajoute du bore, laquelle peut ainsi supporter une charge importante et permet de réduire considérablement la possibilité d'endommagement. En outre, étant donné que le support est formé sous forme d'une structure creuse, les coûts de production et de fabrication peuvent être réduits en raison d'une réduction de poids, ce qui permet d'empêcher que le support soit dévié vers l'extérieur depuis l'intérieur d'une perforation formée dans un substrat rocheux ou sur un plan incliné, et analogue. De plus, étant donné que du mortier est injecté dans la perforation à travers le support, la maniabilité peut être améliorée.
본 발명은 보론강을 이용한 초고강도 강관 지보재 제조방법 및 지보재 어셈블리에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 암반, 경사면 등의 붕괴 방지를 위해 설치되는 지보재가 보론이 첨가된 강판으로 강관 성형되어 제조됨으로써, 큰 하중에도 견딜 수 있고 파손 가능성을 현저히 낮출 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 지보재가 중공 구조로 형성됨으로써 무게가 감소하여 제작 및 생산 비용을 절감할 수 있고, 암반 또는 사면 등에 형성된 천공 내부에서 지보재가 외부로 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 지보재를 통해 몰탈이 천공 내부로 주입되므로, 시공성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un support de tuyau en acier à résistance ultra-élevée à l'aide d'acier au bore, et un ensemble de support; selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un support pour prévenir l'affaissement de substrat rocheux , un plan incliné et analogue, est moulé et fabriqué sous forme d'un tube d'acier avec une feuille d'acier à laquelle on ajoute du bore, laquelle peut ainsi supporter une charge importante et permet de réduire considérablement la possibilité d'endommagement.
