REFRACTORY MULTILAYER SHEET
To provide a refractory multilayer sheet which is reduced in coating unevenness and exhibits good adhesion between a thermal expansion material and a base. This refractory multilayer sheet 1 is provided with: a thermal expansion material 2 that is formed from a thermally expandable resin composition containing a binder resin and a thermally expandable graphite; a base 3 that is laminated on the thermal expansion material 2; and a coating film layer 4 that is laminated on the base 3. An intervening layer 5, which contains a thermoplastic resin, is arranged between the thermal expansion material 2 and the base 3.
L'invention vise à proposer une feuille multicouche réfractaire qui présente une irrégularité de revêtement réduite et présente une bonne adhésion entre un matériau de dilatation thermique et une base. Cette feuille multicouche réfractaire (1) comporte : un matériau de dilatation thermique (2) qui est formé à partir d'une composition de résine thermiquement expansible, contenant une résine liante et un graphite thermiquement expansible ; une base (3) qui est stratifiée sur le matériau de dilatation thermique (2) ; et une couche de film de revêtement (4) qui est stratifiée sur la base (3). Une couche intermédiaire (5), qui contient une résine thermoplastique, est disposée entre le matériau de dilatation thermique (2) et a base (3).
