Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Kupfer-Keramik- Verbund, umfassend - ein Keramiksubstrat, das Aluminiumoxid enthält, wobei das Aluminiumoxid Korngrößen im Bereich von 0,01 μm bis 25 μm und eine Anzahlverteilung der Korngrößen mit einem Medianwert d50 und einem arithmetischen Mittelwert darith aufweist und das Verhältnis von d50 zu darith im Bereich von 0,75 bis 1,10 liegt, - eine auf dem Keramiksubstrat vorliegende Beschichtung aus Kupfer oder einer Kupferlegierung.
The present invention relates to a copper-ceramic composite comprising - a ceramic substrate which contains aluminum oxide, the aluminum oxide having particle sizes in the range of 0.01 μm to 25 μm and a quantity distribution of the particle sizes with a median value d50 and an arithmetic mean value darith, and the ratio of d50 to darith being in the range of 0.75 to 1.10, - a coating made of copper or a copper alloy provided on the ceramic substrate.
L'invention concerne un composite cuivre-céramique comprenant un substrat céramique qui contient de l'alumine, l'alumine présentant une granulométrie située dans la plage allant de 0,01 μm à 25 μm et une répartition granulométrique présentant une valeur médiane d50, et une valeur moyenne arithmétique darith, et le rapport d50 sur darith (d50/darith) étant compris dans la plage allant de 0,75 à 1,10, et un un revêtement en cuivre ou en alliage de cuivre situé sur le substrat céramique.
