CERAMIC BONDED BODY
The ceramic bonded body according to the present disclosure is provided with a first substrate, a second substrate, a bonding layer positioned between the first substrate and the second substrate, and a coating layer covering the bonding layer and positioned over the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate and the second substrate comprise aluminum nitride-based ceramic. The bonding layer and the coating layer contain at least aluminum, calcium, yttrium and oxygen. Out of 100 mass% of all of the components configuring the bonding layer and the coating layer respectively, the aluminum is at least 21 mass% in terms of oxide, the calcium is at least 21 mass% in terms of oxide, and the total of the aluminum and the calcium is at least 86 mass% in terms of oxide. The coating layer has a higher content amount of yttrium in terms of oxide than does the bonding layer.
La présente divulgation concerne un corps lié en céramique qui comporte un premier substrat, un second substrat, une couche de liaison située entre le premier substrat et le second substrat, et une couche de revêtement recouvrant la couche de liaison et située sur le premier substrat et le second substrat.
