WATER BLOCKING APPARATUS OF UNDERGROUND PARKING LOT AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
A water blocking apparatus of an underground parking lot comprises: an underground parking lot floor on which a pressed concrete layer, a waterproof layer and a matte concrete layer are stacked in order from the surface thereof; a water blocking part spaced apart by a predetermined distance from a trench to the inner side of the underground parking lot and provided with a hollow portion along the longitudinal direction of the trench; and a water blocking member accommodated in the water blocking part and forming a blocking wall along the longitudinal direction of the trench, wherein the hollow portion of the water blocking part is provided in a rectangular shape having a depth of 100 mm to 120 mm and a width of 4 mm to 6 mm along the longitudinal direction of the trench, and the water blocking member is made by injecting a liquid urethane sealant into the water blocking part and curing at 10°C to 30°C.
L'invention concerne un appareil de blocage d'eau d'un parc de stationnement souterrain, lequel appareil comprend : un plancher de parc de stationnement souterrain sur lequel sont empilés, dans l'ordre depuis sa surface, une couche de béton pressée, une couche étanche à l'eau et une couche de béton mate ; une partie de blocage d'eau espacée d'une distance prédéterminée d'une tranchée vers le côté interne du parc de stationnement souterrain et comprenant une partie creuse dans la direction longitudinale de la tranchée ; et un élément de blocage d'eau logé dans la partie de blocage d'eau et formant une paroi de blocage dans la direction longitudinale de la tranchée, la partie creuse de la partie de blocage d'eau étant disposée dans une forme rectangulaire ayant une profondeur de 100 mm à 120 mm et une largeur de 4 mm à 6 mm dans la direction longitudinale de la tranchée, et l'élément de blocage d'eau étant réalisé par injection d'un agent d'étanchéité d'uréthane liquide dans la partie de blocage d'eau et durcissement entre 10 °C et 30 °C.
