Insulating glazing unit (3) comprising at least two glass sheets (30, 31) that are separated by at least one air or gas space (32), at least one spacer that is located at the periphery of the glass sheets and keeps the two glass sheets at a distance from each other, at least one spacer (5) being transparent and being located on one of the sides of the glazing unit, a first, water-tight barrier which is formed by at least one structural joint (6) and is made of a waterproof material, and a second, gas-tight and steam-tight barrier (7), the two barriers associated with the transparent spacer being made of transparent material, characterized in that the second, gas-tight and steam-tight barrier (7) that is made of transparent material is disposed between the glass sheets (30, 31) and the spacer (5) on the inside of the glazing unit, and the structural joint (6), which is also disposed therebetween, abuts, and is aligned with, the second barrier.
Vitrage isolant (3) comportant au moins deux feuilles de verre (30, 31) espacées par au moins une lame d'air ou de gaz (32), au moins un espaceur agencé à la périphérie des feuilles de verre et maintenant espacés les deux feuilles de verre, au moins un espaceur (5) étant transparent et disposé sur l'un d'un côtés du vitrage, ainsi qu'une première barrière d'étanchéité à l'eau, formée par au moins un joint structural (6) et dont le matériau est étanche à l'eau, et une seconde barrière (7) d'étanchéité aux gaz et à la vapeur d'eau, les deux barrières d'étanchéité associées à l'intercalaire transparent étant en matériau transparent, caractérisé en ce que la seconde barrière d'étanchéité aux gaz et à la vapeur d'eau (7) et en matériau transparent est agencée en interface entre les feuilles de verre (30, 31) et l'espaceur (5) du côté intérieur du vitrage, le joint structural (6) également en interface étant positionné abouté et aligné avec la seconde barrière.
