CERAMIC MATERIAL, VARISTOR AND METHODS OF PREPARING THE CERAMIC MATERIAL AND THE VARISTOR
A ceramic material is disclosed comprising ZnO as a main component, and additives being chosen from a group comprising an Al3+-containing solution, a Ba2+-containing solution, and at least one compound containing a metal element, wherein the metal element is chosen from a group comprising Bi, Sb, Co, Mn, Ni, Y, and Cr. Further a varistor is disclosed comprising a ceramic body (10) containing a sintered ceramic material. Methods for preparing the ceramic material and a varistor are provided as well.
L'invention concerne un matériau de céramique comprenant du ZnO comme constituant principal, et des additifs qui sont choisis dans un groupe constitué par une solution contenant du Al3+, une solution contenant du Ba2+, et au moins un composé contenant un élément métallique, l'élément métallique étant choisi dans un groupe constitué par Bi, Sb, Co, Mn, Ni, Y et Cr. En outre, l'invention concerne une varistance comprenant un corps de céramique (10) contenant un matériau de céramique fritté. L'invention concerne également des procédés pour préparer le matériau de céramique et une varistance.
