The present invention relates to a freely extensible and expandable sheet pile comprising: a protruding circular part (10) having a cross section with a hemispherical structure, and disposed in a first-quarter lunar shape; a first flange (20a) and a second flange (20b), of which each one end portion is horizontally formed adjacent to both ends of the protruding circular part (10); a first web (30a) and a second web (30b), which are formed to be slanted at a predetermined angle at the other end portions of the first flange (20a) and the second flange (20b); and a first connecting hook (40a) and a second connecting hook (40b), which are horizontally formed adjacent to the ends of the first web (30a) and the second web (30b).
