The present invention relates to an eco-friendly filtration water-collection tank and a rainwater recirculation system using the same. The present invention comprises a purification water-collection well (350) installed in a green area, a residential district, a factory, a commercial area, a road, etc. to collect and primarily filter rainwater fallen on a ground surface; and is connected to an inflow pipe (310) from the purification water-collection well (350) to secondarily filter the rainwater.
