METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LOW-DUST HIGH-INSULATION AEROGEL BLANKET
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an aerogel blanket, and a low-dust high-insulation aerogel blanket manufactured by the present invention, the method: increasing the adhesive performance of silica aerogel by activating the surface of a substrate for a blanket and increasing the roughness and porosity of the surface of the substrate for a blanket since the etching of the surface of the substrate for a blanket is induced by using an acidic solution; and simultaneously increasing mechanical flexibility and inhibiting the generation of dust by further carrying out a gel modification step in which cracks are introduced to the aerogel.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une couverture d'aérogel et une couverture d'aérogel hautement isolante et à faible poussière fabriquée par la présente invention, le procédé consistant à : augmenter la performance adhésive d'un aérogel de silice par activation de la surface d'un substrat pour une couverture et par augmentation de la rugosité et de la porosité de la surface du substrat pour une couverture puisque la gravure de la surface du substrat pour une couverture est induite par l'utilisation d'une solution acide; et simultanément augmenter la souplesse mécanique et inhiber la génération de poussière par la réalisation supplémentaire d'une étape de modification de gel dans laquelle des fissures sont introduites dans l'aérogel.
본 발명은 산성 용액을 이용하여 블랭킷용 기재 표면의 식각을 유도함으로써, 블랭킷용 기재 표면을 활성화시키고, 블랭킷용 기재 표면의 거칠기 및 기공률을 증가시켜 실리카 에어로겔(Silica Aerogel)의 부착 성능을 증가시키고, 에어로겔에 크랙을 도입하는 겔 변형 공정을 더 수행함으로써, 기계적 가요성을 증가시킬 수 있는 동시에 분진 발생을 억제시킨 에어로겔 블랭킷 제조방법 및 본 발명에 의해 제조된 저분진 고단열 에어로겔 블랭킷(Aerogel Blanket)에 관한 것이다.
