FILTER STATUS ESTIMATION SYSTEM AND FILTER STATUS ESTIMATION METHOD
A filter status estimation system that estimates the status of a filter that is provided inside a hydraulic circuit. The hydraulic circuit comprises: a filter; a bypass passage that circumvents the filter and that has oil flowing therein; and a valve that is provided inside the bypass passage and that opens/closes on the basis of differential pressure. The system comprises: a sensor (18) that detects the opening/closing of the valve; a temperature sensor (19) that detects the temperature of the oil; and a status estimation unit (241) that estimates the status of the filter on the basis of detection results from the sensor and the temperature sensor. When the sensor (18) has detected that the valve is open, the status estimation unit (241) estimates the status of the filter on the basis of the temperature of the oil as detected by the temperature sensor.
L'invention concerne un système d'estimation d'état de filtre, lequel système estime l'état d'un filtre qui est disposé à l'intérieur d'un circuit hydraulique. Le circuit hydraulique comprend : un filtre ; un passage de dérivation qui contourne le filtre et dans lequel s'écoule de l'huile ; et une vanne qui est disposée à l'intérieur du passage de dérivation et qui s'ouvre/se ferme sur la base de la pression différentielle. Le système comprend : un capteur (18) qui détecte l'ouverture/fermeture de la vanne ; un capteur de température (19) qui détecte la température de l'huile ; et une unité d'estimation d'état (241) qui estime l'état du filtre sur la base de résultats de détection du capteur et du capteur de température. Quand le capteur (18) a détecté que la vanne est ouverte, l'unité d'estimation d'état (241) estime l'état du filtre sur la base de la température de l'huile détectée par le capteur de température.
