The invention relates to a method for producing activated clays, comprising: reducing the particle size of the clay, subjecting the clay to an acid treatment with specific clay:acid ratios, separating and washing the activated clay until a constant pH is reached, and drying the clay until a suitable moisture content is obtained. The resulting activated clays are particularly useful in the food industry.
La invención se refiere a un proceso para obtener arcillas activadas que comprende reducir el tamaño de partícula de la arcilla, someterla a un tratamiento ácido en proporciones determinadas arcilla: ácido, separar y lavar la arcilla activada hasta un pH constante y secar la arcilla hasta alcanzar un porcentaje de humedad adecuado. Las arcillas activadas obtenidas son de gran utilidad para el sector alimenticio.
L'invention concerne un procédé qui permet d'obtenir des argiles activées. Ce procédé consiste : à réduire la taille de particule de l'argile ; à soumettre l'argile à un traitement acide dans des proportions argile:acide déterminées ; à séparer et laver l'argile activée jusqu'à un pH constant et à sécher l'argile jusqu'à obtention d'un pourcentage d'humidité adéquat. Les argiles activées obtenues trouvent une utilité particulière dans le secteur alimentaire.
