Immobilising device for accommodating two open and closed limit positions of a vehicle door that makes the release from these positions and the resulting rotation of the door require little effort; the hinge comprises a first part articulated to a second part about an axis of rotation. The device comprises a rod fixed to the first part and a retainer fixed to the second part with an oblong opening that is concentric to the axis of rotation of the hinge, said opening having a central section through which the rod moves and two lodging points at the ends of said section. The retainer comprises a frame within which the oblong opening is located, said opening being limited by a first arm joined to the frame by a first section, a second arm joined to the frame by a second section, and the frame of the retainer.
Dispositivo inmovilizador para albergar dos posiciones extremas de apertura y cierre de la puerta de un vehículo que hace que la salida de dichas posiciones y el consiguiente giro de la puerta requieran poco esfuerzo; la bisagra comprende una primera parte unida de manera articulada por un eje de rotación a una segunda parte, el dispositivo comprende un vástago fijado a la primera parte y un retenedor fijado a la segunda parte con un orificio oblongo que es concéntrico al eje de rotación de la bisagra, dicho orificio presenta un tramo central por donde discurre el vástago y dos alojamientos en ambos extremos de dicho tramo, el retenedor comprende un marco dentro del cual se sitúa el orificio oblongo, el cual está limitado por un primer brazo unido al marco por un primer tramo, un segundo brazo unido al marco por un segundo tramo y el marco del retenedor.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'immobilisation qui peut comprendre deux positions extrêmes d'ouverture et de fermeture de la porte d'un véhicule qui sont telles que la sortie de ces positions et la rotation résultante de la porte nécessite peu d'effort; la charnière comprend une première partie reliée de manière articulée par un axe de rotation à une seconde partie, le dispositif comprend une tige fixée à la première partie et un élément de retenue fixé à la seconde partie avec un orifice oblong qui est concentrique à l'axe de rotation de la charnière, ledit orifice présentant une région centrale où se déplace la tige et deux logements au niveau des deux extrémités de ladite région, l'élément de retenue comprend un cadre dans lequel se situe l'orifice oblong, lequel est limité par un premier bras relié au cadre par un premier segment, un second bras relié au cadre par un second segment et le cadre de l'élément de retenue.
