Roller shutter system for an opening of a building, having an inner side and an outer side, comprising an apron (6) formed of a plurality of horizontal blades (7) interconnected by hinges, an upper horizontal means (8) for winding/unfolding the apron, so that a deployed portion of the apron, extending downwards, is able to at least partially close said opening, and slides to guide the movements for lowering and raising the deployed portion of the apron. The apron (6) is equipped, in its lower part, with a ventilation unit (16) comprising a ventilation member (32) and a motor (35) for driving said ventilation member, the ventilation unit comprising a box (17) in which at least the ventilation member (32) is installed, said box having an inlet (30) for admitting air from the outside and an outlet (31) for allowing air into the inside.
Système de volet roulant pour une ouverture d'un bâtiment, présentant un côté intérieur et un côté extérieur, comprenant un tablier (6) formé d'une pluralité de lames horizontales (7) reliées entre elles par des articulations, un moyen horizontal supérieur (8) d'enroulement/déroulement du tablier, de façon qu'une portion déployée du tablier, s'étendant vers le bas, soit apte à occulter au moins partiellement ladite ouverture, et des coulisses pour guider les mouvements de descente et de montée de la portion déployée du tablier. Le tablier (6) est équipé, à sa partie inférieure, d'un groupe de ventilation (16) comprenant un organe de ventilation (32) et un moteur (35) d'entraînement de cet organe de ventilation, le groupe de ventilation comprenant un caisson (17) dans lequel est installé au moins l'organe de ventilation (32), ledit caisson présentant une ouverture d' entrée d'air (30) provenant de l'extérieur et une ouverture de sortie d'air (31) vers l'intérieur.
