THERMAL CONTROL OF VARIABLE TRANSMITTANCE WINDOWS
An electrical control system for controlling a variable transmittance window is disclosed. The system comprises a driver circuit in communication with an electro-optic element. A controller is in communication with the driver circuit. The controller is configured to identify a temperature condition of the electro-optic element and adjust an output voltage supplied to the electro-optic element in response to the temperature condition.
Un système de commande électrique pour commander une fenêtre à transmittance variable est divulgué. Le système comprend un circuit pilote en communication avec un élément électro-optique. Un contrôleur est en communication avec le circuit pilote. Le contrôleur est configuré pour identifier une condition de température de l'élément électro-optique et pour ajuster une tension de sortie fournie à l'élément électro-optique en réponse à la condition de température.
