APPARATUS FOR INSTALLING UPRIGHT POSTS
The device embodied in the present invention is made up of a bracket formed by a first surface and a second surface forming a right angle with respect to each other. The bracket further having an inside surface and an outer surface. At least three legs rotationally attached to the outer surface of the bracket such that the bracket may be independently upright supported by these legs. The inner area of the bracket removably retaining a post, with the post being on the same axis as the walls of the bracket. The bracket is secured to the post using at least one flexible band, which removably attaches to the distal edges of the bracket, or which attaches to itself but encases the bracket and the post disposed inside the angle formed by the first and second surfaces.
L'invention est un outil permettant d'aider à l'installation de montants ou d'autres poutres verticales. Le dispositif de la présente invention est constitué d'un support constitué d'une première surface et d'une seconde surface formant un angle droit l'une par rapport à l'autre. Le support comporte en outre une surface intérieure et une surface extérieure. Au moins trois pieds sont attachés rotatifs à la surface extérieure du support de telle sorte que le support puisse être supporté verticalement de manière indépendante par ces pieds. La zone intérieure du support retient de manière amovible un montant, le montant étant sur le même axe que les parois du support. Le support est fixé au montant à l'aide d'au moins une bande flexible, qui se fixe de manière amovible aux bords distaux du support, ou qui se fixe à elle-même mais renferme le support et le montant disposé à l'intérieur de l'angle formé par les première et seconde surfaces. Il peut également y avoir une plate-forme horizontale se fixant soit à la surface extérieure soit à la surface intérieure de la première ou de la seconde surface. La plate-forme horizontale comporte au moins un point de fixation à la première ou à la seconde surface et peut supporter une installation d'un montant posé horizontalement. Un tel montant horizontal est ensuite fixé à l'aide d'une sangle qui fixe le montant horizontal à la plate-forme.
