- The invention relates to a container for storing a pressurised fluid such as compressed air. In particular, the container is in the form of at least one tube formed from an arrangement of concentric layers (C1, C2, C3, C4), this arrangement comprising, from the inside to the outside of the tube, an inner layer made of concrete (C1), a layer (C2) made of steel of thickness E, at least one layer (C3) made from a coil of steel wires (C3'') on a concrete sublayer (C3'), and an outer layer (C4) for protecting said wires from physical and/or chemical damage, and wherein the wires are subjected to circumferential tensile prestressing, at least the thickness E and/or the prestressing being dimensioned so as to withstand said pressure. - The invention is particularly applicable to storing and recovering energy by means of compressed air.
- L'invention concerne un réservoir pour le stockage d'un fluide sous pression tel que de l'air comprimé. Notamment, le réservoir se présente sous la forme d'au moins un tube formé d'un arrangement de couches concentriques (C1, C2, C3, C4), cet arrangement comprenant, en allant de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur du tube, une couche interne formée en béton (C1), une couche (C2) formée en acier d'épaisseur E, au moins une couche (C3) formée par un enroulement de fils (C3'') en acier sur une sous-couche en béton (C3'), et une couche externe (C4) destinée à la protection desdits fils contre des dommages physiques et/ou chimiques, et dans lequel les fils sont soumis à une précontrainte en traction circonférentielle, au moins l'épaisseur E et/ou la précontrainte étant dimensionnée de manière à résister à ladite pression. - Application notamment au stockage et restitution d'énergie par air comprimé.
