A structural glazing assembly comprising a frame and a transparent panel optionally spaced apart by a transparent spacer material said frame and said panel being adhered to each other by a layer of a transparent silicone elastomer located there between. Typically the silicone elastomer is the cured elastomeric product of a moisture-curable hot melt silicone adhesive composition.
