A method of preparing a polymer concrete composition includes preparing one or more adhesion promoter pre-coated aggregates, each having a base substrate and an adhesion promoter coating and the adhesion promoter coating being an outermost layer on the base substrate, providing a base composition including an isocyanate component and an isocyanate-reactive component, and mixing the one or more adhesion promoter pre-coated aggregates, the isocyanate component, and the isocyanate-reactive component to form the polymer concrete composition.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une composition de béton polymère qui consiste à préparer au moins un agrégat pré-enrobé de promoteur d'adhérence, chacun comportant un substrat de base et un revêtement de promoteur d'adhérence et le revêtement de promoteur d'adhérence étant une couche la plus à l'extérieur sur le substrat de base, à utiliser une composition de base comprenant un constituant isocyanate et un constituant réactif à l'isocyanate, et à mélanger le ou les agrégats pré-enrobés de promoteur d'adhérence, le constituant isocyanate et le constituant réactif à l'isocyanate pour former la composition de béton polymère.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une composition de béton polymère qui consiste à préparer au moins un agrégat pré-enrobé de promoteur d'adhérence, chacun comportant un substrat de base et un revêtement de promoteur d'adhérence et le revêtement de promoteur d'adhérence étant une couche la plus à l'extérieur sur le substrat de base, à utiliser une composition de base comprenant un constituant isocyanate et un constituant réactif à l'isocyanate, et à mélanger le ou les agrégats pré-enrobés de promoteur d'adhérence, le constituant isocyanate et le constituant réactif à l'isocyanate pour former la composition de béton polymère.
