The invention relates to a method for producing a cementing material from the waste from the brick and ceramics industry, wherein the method comprises selecting the batches of waste from bricks and ceramics for a subsequent grinding, in which they should achieve a grain size of between 20 and 40 microns, and wherein this waste can be mixed together or used individually to be subsequently included in the cement in a proportion of up to 30%, wherein said mixtures can achieve designs of up to 4000 PSI.
Método de producción de un material cementante a partir de residuos de la industria ladrillera y cerámica, el método consiste en seleccionar los lotes de residuos de ladrillos y cerámica, para una posterior molienda donde deben alcanzar una granulometría entre 20 y 40 micras, estos residuos se pueden mezclar entre sí o usar de manera individual para posterior incorporarse hasta en un 30 % al cemento, estas mezclas pueden alcanzar diseños hasta de 4000 PSI.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de matériaux de cimentation élaborés à partir du recyclage de résidus industriels résultant des processus de fabrication de céramique et de briques, le procédé consistant à sélectionner les lots de résidus de briques et de céramique, qui sont destinés à être broyés ultérieurement jusqu'à atteindre une granulométrie comprise entre 20 et 40 micromètres, ces résidus pouvant être mélangés entre eux ou utilisés individuellement pour être ensuite incorporés dans le ciment jusqu'à une quantité de 30%, ces mélanges pouvant atteindre des valeurs allant jusqu'à 4000 PSI.
