MULTIFUNCTIONAL COMPOSITE BUILDING PANEL
A multifunctional composite building panel is provided. A multifunctional composite panel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a core material obtained by molding a material comprising a silicate-containing binder and an expandable mineral; and a metal foam attached to at least one side of the core material. Accordingly, the present invention can be easily applied to a non-bearing wall that is used as a variable wall or a building partition; can be easily assembled or disassembled by means of a simple fixing device; provides an outer surface that can be coated with paint, covered with paper, and washed with water; has combined multiple functions including sound-absorbing properties, heat-insulating properties, flame retardancy, water resistance, and electromagnetic shielding properties; and has excellent physical properties and superior durability.
L'invention concerne également un panneau de construction composite multifonctionnel. Un panneau composite multifonctionnel selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : un matériau de noyau obtenu par moulage d'un matériau comprenant un liant contenant du silicate et un minéral expansible; et une mousse métallique fixée à au moins un côté du matériau de noyau. Par conséquent, la présente invention peut être facilement appliquée à une paroi non porteuse qui est utilisée en tant que paroi variable ou cloison de construction; peut être facilement assemblée ou démontée au moyen d'un dispositif de fixation simple; fournit une surface externe qui peut être revêtue de peinture, recouverte de papier, et lavée avec de l'eau; présente des fonctions multiples combinées comprenant des propriétés d'isolation acoustique, des propriétés d'isolation thermique, d'ininflammabilité, d'imperméabilité à l'eau et les propriétés de blindage électromagnétique; et présente d'excellentes propriétés physiques et une durabilité supérieure.
