SYNTHETISCHER RASENTEPPICH FÜR SPORTFLÄCHEN IM AUSSENBEREICH, VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG DESSEN UND DESSEN VERWENDUNG
Die Anmeldung betrifft einen synthetischen Rasenteppich für Sportflächen im Aussenbereich, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Rasenteppichs und eine Verwendung des Rasenteppichs. Der Rasenteppich weist eine flächige Grundstruktur (1) und eine Vielzahl von mit der Grundstruktur (1) verbundenen und im Wesentlichen senkrecht von der Grundstruktur (1) wegstehenden Schlaufen (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) aus einem synthetischen Material auf, welche die Teppichoberseite bilden. Dabei weisen die Schlaufen (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) unterschiedliche Schlaufenlängen (L1, L2, L3) auf und Schlaufen unterschiedlicher Längen sind derartig zueinander angeordnet, dass die Schlaufen (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) ein regelmässiges Oberflächenrelief (3) an der Oberseite des Rasenteppichs bilden.
The invention relates to a synthetic grass carpet for sports areas outdoors, to a method for producing the grass carpet, and to the use of the grass carpet. The grass carpet has a flat base structure (1) and a plurality of loops (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) made of synthetic material, which are connected to the base structure (1) and stand substantially vertically away from the base structure (1) and which form the upper side of the carpet. The loops (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) have different loop lengths (L1, L2, L3), and loops of different lengths are arranged in relation to one another such that the loops (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) form a regular surface relief (3) on the upper side of the grass carpet.
L'invention concerne un tapis synthétique imitant le gazon pour surfaces de sport d'extérieur, un procédé de fabrication du tapis imitant le gazon et une utilisation du tapis imitant le gazon. Le tapis imitant le gazon comprend une structure de base (1) et une pluralité de boucles (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) reliées à la structure de base (1) et s'éloignant sensiblement perpendiculairement de la structure de base (1), lesquelles boucles sont constituées d'un matériau synthétique et forment le côté supérieur du tapis. Les boucles (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) présentent différentes longueurs (L1, L2, L3) et des boucles de différentes longueurs sont disposées les unes par rapport aux autres de telle sorte que les boucles (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) forment un relief de surface (3) régulier sur le côté supérieur du tapis imitant le gazon.
