TURN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The present invention controls the opening/closing of an entrance such that only persons whose turn has arrived can pass through the entrance. A turn management system (1000) that manages turn-waiting at a facility and comprises: a registration acceptance unit (210) that accepts registrations for turn-waiting at the facility; a turn-waiting management unit (120) that, on the basis of the turn-waiting registrations, manages the turn-waiting situation at the facility; and a control unit (120) that controls the opening/closing of an entrance that is for restricting the passage of users of the facility. The control unit (120) opens the entrance to turn-waiting groups only from the arrival of the turn thereof until guidance is complete.
L'invention commande l'ouverture/la fermeture d'une entrée afin que seules les personnes dont le tour est arrivé puissent passer par l'entrée. L'invention concerne un système de gestion de tours d'attente (1000) qui gère l'attente au niveau d'une installation, ledit système comprenant : une unité d'acceptation d'enregistrements (210) qui accepte des enregistrements pour l'attente au niveau de l'installation ; une unité de gestion d'attente (120) qui, d'après les enregistrements pour l'attente, gère la situation d'attente au niveau de l'installation ; et une unité de commande (120) qui commande l'ouverture/la fermeture d'une entrée afin de restreindre le passage des utilisateurs de l'installation. L'unité de commande (120) ouvre l'entrée aux groupes en attente uniquement lorsque leur tour arrive et jusqu'à la fin du guidage.
