A salt and grit spreader with a transport belt for spreading various materials onto roads and pedestrian surfaces with a transport system for dispatching spreading material from a spreading material storage container (1) using a transport belt (2), which includes a belt tensioner (7), drive pulleys (5) and idler pulleys (6), whereby the mentioned transport belt (2) draws material from the container (1) and transports it with the lower supply belt of the transport belt system (2a) to the exit (10) of the dispersing canal (8), and the material is further spread on the road using a rotating disk for spreading material (9). The salt and grit spreader is constructed in the manner that the transport belt system (2) is situated in its entirety inside the spreading material storage container (1), namely both belts of the transport system (2a and 2b) are located in the spreading material, the lower belt (2a), which transports the spreading material into the dispensing canal (8), as well as the return belt (2b) of the transport belt system (2). The problem resolved with this invention is the prevention of accumulation of spreading material on the bottom of the container under the transport belt (2), and this problem is completely resolved with the subject invention, where the entire transport belt system (2), with its belts (2a, 2b), is situated inside the material storage container (1).

L'invention concerne un épandeur de sel et de gravillons qui est pourvu d'une courroie transporteuse pour l'épandage de divers matériaux sur des routes et des surfaces piétonnes et qui possède un système de transport permettant de distribuer un matériau d'épandage à partir d'un récipient de stockage de matériau d'épandage (1) au moyen d'une courroie transporteuse (2) qui comprend un tendeur de courroie (7), des poulies d'entraînement (5) et des poulies de tension (6), la bande transporteuse mentionnée (2) extrayant le matériau du récipient (1) et transportant celui-ci avec la courroie d'alimentation inférieure du système de courroie de transport (2a) vers la sortie (10) du canal de dispersion (8), et le matériau étant en outre épandu sur la route au moyen d'un disque rotatif pour l'épandage du matériau (9). L'épandeur de sel et de gravillons est construit de sorte que le système de courroie transporteuse (2) est situé dans sa totalité à l'intérieur du récipient de stockage de matériau d'épandage (1), à savoir les deux courroies du système de transport (2a et 2b) sont situées dans le matériau d'épandage, la courroie inférieure (2a), qui transporte le matériau d'épandage dans le canal de distribution (8), ainsi que la courroie de retour (2b) du système de courroie transporteuse (2). La présente invention permet de résoudre le problème selon lequel le matériau d'épandage s'accumule sur le fond du récipient sous la courroie transporteuse (2), ce problème étant complètement résolu par la présente invention, l'ensemble du système de courroie transporteuse(2), avec ses courroies (2a, 2b), étant situé à l'intérieur du récipient de stockage de matériau (1).
