Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Sensors, insbesondere eines Temperatursensors, umfassend mindestens eine elektrisch leitfähige Schicht und mindestens eine weitere Schicht, insbesondere eine Passivierungsschicht und/oder eine Isolationsschicht. Erfindungsgemäß wird die elektrisch leitfähige Schicht und/oder die weitere Schicht, insbesondere die Passivierungsschicht und/oder die Isolationsschicht, mittels Aerosol-Abscheidung (Aerosol Deposition Method, ADM) hergestellt.
