WATER-BASED CARBONACEOUS FILLER MATERIAL
Provided is a water-based carbonaceous filler material which makes it possible to prevent an excessive addition of water even when the content of a carbonaceous starting material is high, and which is a low-cost material that achieves excellent workability, excellent thermal properties, and mechanical strength. In this water-based carbonaceous filler material 1, the total amount of a carbonaceous starting material 3 and a cement 4 that is a hydraulic binding substance constitutes 100 mass%, and water 5 is added thereto in a prescribed amount as an added proportion. The carbonaceous starting material 3 constitutes 65–80 mass%, and the cement 4 constitutes 20–35 mass%. The carbonaceous starting material 3 includes 5–30 mass% of a powder 2 having a DBP absorption of less than 60 mL/100 g. The powder 2 has an average particle diameter of 20–250 μm.
L'invention concerne un matériau de charge carboné à base d'eau qui permet d'éviter une addition excessive d'eau même lorsque la teneur en un matériau de départ carboné est élevée, et qui est un matériau à faible coût présentant une excellente aptitude au façonnage, d'excellentes propriétés thermiques et une résistance mécanique. Dans le matériau de charge carboné à base d'eau (1), la quantité totale d'un matériau de départ carboné (3) et d'un ciment (4) qui est une substance de liaison hydraulique constitue 100 % en masse, et de l'eau (5) est ajoutée à ce dernier dans une quantité prescrite en tant que proportion ajoutée. Le matériau de départ carboné (3) constitue 65 à 80 % en masse, et le ciment (4) constitue 20 à 35 % en masse. Le matériau de départ carboné (3) comprend 5 à 30 % en masse d'une poudre (2) possédant une absorption de DBP inférieure à 60 mL/100 g. La poudre (2) possède un diamètre moyen de particule de 20 à 250 µm.
カーボン質原料の配合量を高くしても水分の過剰添加を防ぐことが可能となり、安価で良好な施工性、良好な熱的特性および機械的強度を獲得した水系のカーボン質充填材を提供する。水系のカーボン質充填材１は、カーボン質原料３と水硬性結合物であるセメント４との合計量を１００質量％とし、外割で所定量の水分５を添加したものである。このうち、カーボン質原料３を６５～８０質量％とし、セメント４を２０～３５質量％とする。カーボン質原料３はＤＢＰ吸油量６０ｍＬ／１００ｇ未満となる粉体２を５～３０質量％含む。粉体２は、平均粒径を２０～２５０μｍとする粉体である。
