The present invention relates to a touch panel fixing apparatus for fixing a touch panel for generating a touch signal to a back cover. In the touch panel fixing apparatus comprising: a back cover to which a touch panel is fixed and which has a plurality of fixing holes formed along the periphery of the touch panel; and a panel fixing clip inserted into the fixing hole to detachably fix the touch panel to the back cover, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the panel fixing clip comprises: a plate-like clip head part having the touch panel seated on the upper portion thereof; an adhesive member installed on the upper surface of the clip head part so as to adhere the touch panel thereto; a clip body comprising a fixing protrusion part which is formed on the lower portion of the clip head and extends across the circumference of the fixing hole; and an elastic supporting part elastically supporting the clip body in a direction away from the fixing hole so that, when the clip body is in a state of being fixed to the fixing hole, a fixing protrusion is in close contact with the circumference of the fixing hole. Therefore, breakage of the touch panel is minimized when the touch panel is separated, and contamination of the adhesive member can be minimized.
