VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG VON LAMINAT-VERBUNDWERKSTOFFEN
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Laminat-Verbundwerkstoffen, sowie die nach diesem Verfahren hergestellten Laminat-Verbundwerkstoffe und deren Verwendung. Die erfindungsgemäßen Laminat-Verbundwerkstoffe sind sandwichartig aufgebaut und auf Basis von halogenierten Polymeren, insbesondere auf Basis von Polyvinylchlorid (PVC), und umfassen ein erstes flächiges Gebilde aus halogeniertem Polymer und ein zweites flächiges Gebilde aus halogeniertem Polymer, sowie min. ein textiles Flächengebilde auf Basis vonanorganischen Fasern, das zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten flächigen Gebilde angeordnet ist, wobei das textile Flächengebilde auf Basis von anorganischen Fasern Bereiche mit hoher Luftdurchlässigkeit und Bereiche mit niedriger Luftdurchlässigkeit aufweist, durch welche die beiden flächigen Gebilde aus halogeniertem Polymer monolithisch miteinander verbunden sind. Die erfindungsgemäßen sandwichartigen Laminat-Verbundwerkstoffe eignen sich insbesondere zur Herstellung von "Luxury Vinyl Tile" (LVT) Produkten.
The present invention relates to a method for producing laminate composite materials, and to the laminate composite materials which are produced according to said method, and to the use thereof. The laminate composite materials according to the invention are of sandwich-like construction and on the basis of halogenated polymers, in particular on the basis of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and comprise a first flat structure made from halogenated polymer and a second flat structure made from halogenated polymer, and at least one textile flat structure on the basis of inorganic fibres, which textile flat structure is arranged between the first and the second flat structure, wherein the textile flat structure on the basis of inorganic fibres has regions with a high air permeability and regions with a low air permeability, through which the two flat structures made from halogenated polymer are connected to one another monolithically. The sandwich-like laminate composite materials according to the invention are suitable, in particular, for the production of "Luxury Vinyl Tile" (LVT) products.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de matériaux composites stratifiés ainsi que les matériaux composites stratifiés fabriqués selon ledit procédé et leur utilisation. Les matériaux composites stratifiés selon l'invention sont conçus sous la forme de sandwich et sur la base de polymères halogénés, en particulier sur la base de polychlorure de vinyle (PVC) et lesdits matériaux comprennent une première structure plane en polymère halogéné et une deuxième structure plane en polymère halogéné ainsi qu'au moins une surface textile sur la base de fibres inorganiques, laquelle est disposée entre les première et deuxième structures planes, la surface textile sur la base de fibres inorganiques comprenant des zones à une perméabilité à l'air élevée et des zones à une perméabilité à l'air faible, au moyen desquelles les deux structures planes en polymère halogène sont connectées l'une à l'autre de manière monolithique. Les matériaux composites stratifiés de type sandwich selon l'invention sont particulièrement adaptés à la fabrication de produits de type « carreaux de luxe en vinyle » (LVT).
