A smoothing tool for smoothing a flowable or semi-flowable material, the tool comprising a main body (2) that comprises two, three or more tips (3), each of the tips having a different predetermined profile to be imparted to a material that is smoothed using the tool, wherein each of the tips projects from the tool at an oblique angle.
