PROCESS FOR THE SEALING OF PLASTIC PROFILED ELEMENTS
The process for the sealing of plastic profiled elements comprises: a step of supply a machinery (1) for the sealing of plastic profiled elements comprising: a base frame (2); retaining means (6, 7) adapted to retain a pair of profiled elements (P) having an area to be sealed (3) and a lateral surface (4) at least in part covered with a film (S); heat-sealing means with a heated plate (5) adapted to seal the pair of profiled elements (P); a step of mutual movement of the retaining means (6, 7); a step of heat shrinking of at least an ending portion (14) of each of the films (S), the film (S) being made of a heat-shrink material; a step of arrangement of the heat-sealing means with a heated plate (5) in contact with the areas to be sealed (3); a step of sealing the areas to be sealed (3).
Le procédé de soudage d'éléments profilés en matière plastique comprend : une étape d'alimentation d'une machine (1) pour le soudage d'éléments profilés en matière plastique comprenant : un cadre de base (2); des moyens de retenue (6, 7) conçus pour retenir une paire d'éléments profilés (P) présentant une zone à souder (3) et une surface latérale (4) au moins en partie recouverte par un film (S); un moyen de soudage thermique pourvu d'une plaque chauffée (5) conçue pour souder la paire d'éléments profilés (P); une étape de déplacement mutuel des moyens de retenue (6, 7); une étape de rétraction thermique d'au moins une partie d'extrémité (14) de chacun des films (S), le film (S) étant conçu dans un matériau thermorétractable; une étape d'agencement du moyen de soudage thermique pourvu d'une plaque chauffée (5) en contact avec les zones à souder (3); une étape de soudage des zones à souder (3).
