BORACIC ACID-CONTAINING COATING SOLVENT AND ADHESIVE SOLVENT, AND PROCESSING METHOD FOR ATTACHMENT/FIXATION OF BORACIC ACID POWDER AND BORACIC ACID-CONTAINING MATERIAL
[Problem] To provide a boracic acid-containing coating solvent, a boracic acid containing adhesive solvent, and a processing method for attachment/fixation of boracic acid powder and boracic acid-containing material, all of which enable attachment of highly-concentrated boracic acid that has antiseptic, ant repelling, and bug repelling effects, even in wiring or piping products and places where construction materials or machines and equipment that cannot be wetted with water or cannot have water attached to the surface thereof exist. [Solution] 50 g of disodium octaborate tetrahydrate (Na2B8O13·4H2O: DOT) with respect to 100 g of water is put in a heating vessel, and heated until completely dissolved so as to obtain an approximately 33 mass% aqueous solution of boracic acid. After being cooled, the resultant aqueous solution of boracic acid is mixed with 100 g of a solvent that has a coating or bonding capability, is water-repellent, is water-proof, and has impregnation capabilities, such as an aqueous adhesive, glue, and a coating material, so as to make a coating adhesive solvent that contains approximately 20 mass% of boracic acid.
Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un solvant de revêtement contenant de l'acide boracique, un solvant adhésif contenant de l'acide boracique, et un procédé de traitement pour l'attachement/fixation de poudre d'acide boracique et de matériau contenant de l'acide boracique, tous permettant l'attachement d'acide boracique très concentré qui a des effets antiseptiques, répulsifs contre les fourmis et les punaises, même dans des produits de câblage ou de tuyauterie et à des endroits où existent des matériaux de construction ou des machines et des équipements qui ne peuvent pas être mouillés avec de l'eau ou ne peuvent pas avoir d'eau fixée à leur surface. La solution selon l'invention consiste à placer 50 g de d'octaborate disodique tétrahydraté (Na2B8O13·4H2O: DOT) par rapport à 100 g d'eau dans un récipient de chauffage, et à chauffer jusqu'à dissolution complète de manière à obtenir une solution aqueuse d'acide boracique à environ 33 % en masse. Après refroidissement, la solution aqueuse d'acide boracique obtenue est mélangée avec 100 g d'un solvant qui a une capacité de revêtement ou de liaison, est hydrofuge, est imperméable à l'eau, et a des capacités d'imprégnation, telles qu'un adhésif aqueux, de la colle, et un matériau de revêtement, de manière à fabriquer un solvant adhésif de revêtement qui contient environ 20 % en masse d'acide boracique.
【課題】水に濡らすことができない、また、表面に水を付着させることのできない建材や機械設備等の配線、配管の製品類、箇所であっても防腐、防蟻、防虫効果のある高濃度のホウ酸を付着処理できるホウ酸含有のコーティング溶剤、ホウ酸含有の接着溶剤及びホウ酸粉、ホウ酸含有物の固着処理方法を提供する。 【解決手段】加熱容器に、水１００ｇに対して、八ホウ酸二ナトリウム四水和物（Ｎａ２Ｂ８Ｏ１３・４Ｈ２Ｏ：ＤＯＴ）を５０ｇ入れる、これを加熱して完全に溶解し、約３３質量％のホウ酸水溶液を得る。得られたホウ酸水溶液を冷ましたものに水性の接着剤や糊、塗料などのコーティング性能や接着性能、撥水性能、防水性能、さらに、含浸性能を持つ溶剤を１００ｇ混ぜ合わせて約２０質量％のホウ酸含有コーティング接着溶剤を調製した。
