ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVE CEMENT-BASED COMPOSITE COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to an electrical conductive cement-based composite composition capable of exhibiting stable electrical performance since carbon nanotubes and carbon fibers are mixed in cement at a proper weight ratio so as to lower sensitivity to a specific resistance change caused by a change in a water/cement ratio (w/c). The electrical conductive cement-based composite composition according to the present invention comprises, in order to have stable electrical characteristics of which a specific resistance is 100 Ω·㎝ or less even with the change in the water/cement ratio (w/c), the cement, 0.1-0.5 wt% of the carbon nanotubes on the basis of the cement weight, 0.1-0.4 wt% of the carbon fibers on the basis of the cement weight, and silica fume and a superplasticizer as other additives.
La présente invention concerne une composition composite électro-conductrice à base de ciment capable de manifester des performances électriques stables puisque des nanotubes de carbone et des fibres de carbone sont incorporés par mélange au ciment à un rapport en poids approprié de façon à abaisser la sensibilité à un changement de résistance spécifique provoqué par un changement du rapport eau/ciment (w/c). La composition composite électro-conductrice à base de ciment selon la présente invention comprend, pour pouvoir manifester des caractéristiques électriques stables dont une résistance spécifique de 100 Ω·cm ou moins même avec changement du rapport eau/ciment (w/c), le ciment, de 0,1 à 0,5 % en poids de nanotubes de carbone sur la base du poids de ciment, de 0,1 à 0,4 % en poids de fibres de carbone sur la base du poids de ciment, et de la fumée de silice et un superplastifiant à titre d'autres additifs.
본 발명은 시멘트에 탄소나노튜브와 탄소섬유를 적정한 중량비로 혼합하여 물/시멘트비(w/c)의 변화에 의한 비저항 변화의 민감성을 낮춰 안정적인 전기적 성능을 발휘할 수 있는 전기 전도성 시멘트계 복합체 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 전기 전도성 시멘트계 복합체 조성물은, 물/시멘트비(w/c)의 변화에도 비저항이 100Ω·㎝ 이하로 안정적인 전기적 특성을 갖기 위하여, 시멘트와, 시멘트 중량 대비 0.1~0.5 중량%의 탄소나노튜브, 시멘트 중량 대비 0.1~0.4 중량%의 탄소섬유, 기타 첨가제로서 실리카퓸(Silica fume)과 유동화제(superplasticizer)를 포함한 구성으로 이루어진다.
