CONTROLLING ACCESS TO COMPARTMENTS OF A CARGO TRANSPORTATION UNIT
In some examples, a controller directs transport of a cargo transportation unit (CTU) to a plurality of pickup locations or a plurality of destination locations in response to requests of a plurality of requesters. The controller controls access to a plurality of compartments in the CTU, wherein controlling the access comprises selecting respective compartments of the plurality of compartments in which to place cargo items for the requests, the selecting based on characteristics of the cargo items and characteristics of the respective compartments.
Dans certains exemples, un dispositif de commande dirige le transport d'une unité de transport de cargaison (CTU) vers une pluralité d'emplacements de collecte ou une pluralité d'emplacements de destination en réponse à des requêtes d'une pluralité de demandeurs. Le dispositif de commande commande l'accès à une pluralité de compartiments dans la CTU, la commande de l'accès consistant à sélectionner des compartiments respectifs de la pluralité de compartiments pour placer des articles de chargement pour les demandes, la sélection étant basée sur des caractéristiques des articles de cargaison et des caractéristiques des compartiments respectifs.
