Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schlicker, ein Prepreg, ein Laminat, einen Grünkörper sowie eine daraus hergestellte Ceramic Matrix Composite Turbinenkomponente. Durch die Erfindung wird erstmals ein Glycerin-haltiger Schlicker zur Herstellung einer CMC-Komponente zur Verfügung gestellt, dessen Gehalt an mineralischem und/oder keramischem Pulver 40 Vol% oder mehr, bezogen auf das gesamte Volumen des Schlickers, beträgt und/oder dessen Gehalt an Glycerin unter 10 Gew% - bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des keramischen Pulvers im Schlicker – liegt.
The invention relates to a slip, a prepreg, a laminate, a green ceramic and a ceramic matrix composite turbine component produced therefrom. The invention provides for the first time a glycerin-containing slip for producing a CMC component, the content of mineral and/or ceramic powder in said slip being 40 vol% or more in relation to the total volume of the slip, and/or the content of glycerin in said slip being below 10 wt% in relation to the total weight of the ceramic powder in the slip.
La présente invention concerne une barbotine, un préimprégné, un stratifié, une ébauche crue et un composant de turbine en composite à matrice céramique fabriqué à partir de ceux-ci. Selon l'invention, une barbotine contenant de la glycérine est d'abord mise à disposition pour fabriquer un composant CMC dont la teneur en poudre minérale et/ou céramique s'élève à 40 % en volume ou plus, rapporté au volume total de la barbotine, et/ou dont la teneur en glycérine se situe en dessous de 10 % en poids, rapporté au poids total de la poudre céramique dans la barbotine.
