Beschrieben wird ein Hochhaus mit zumindest allgemein viereckigem Kern und einer Vielzahl von Etagen, die über eine Vielzahl von Aufzügen und über zwei separate, bevorzugt separat zwangsbelüftete Treppenhäuser erreichbar sind, wobei auf der einen Kerninnenseite die Treppenhäuser miteinander verschachtelt angeordnet sind, an der gegenüberliegenden Kernseite die Aufzüge mit Durchtritt ins Kerninnere angeordnet sind und zwischen Aufzügen und Treppenhäusern ein aus dem Kerninneren führender Korridor vorgesehen ist.
The invention relates to a high-rise building having at least a generally rectangular core and a plurality of levels that can be reached via a plurality of lifts and via two separate, preferably force-ventilated staircases.
